Process
How it works
A predictable rhythm. No fluffy slide decks. Just judgment, oversight, and a concise report you can forward.
The fit conversation
I start with thirty minutes. Real conversation. I ask about your priorities, where things are stuck, and what you need to move forward.
If it looks like a fit, I will outline a proposed cadence and scope. You will know what I will cover, what the cycle looks like, and what you will get at the end of each one.
If it is not a fit, I will tell you that too. I am not trying to squeeze every opportunity into a retainer shape.
Choosing your cadence
You pick the cycle: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Each cycle ends with a concise report and an updated project plan that shows where active work stands.
Weekly makes sense when priorities are moving fast or you need tight oversight on a critical vendor or initiative. Every two weeks is the middle ground. Monthly works when priorities are stable and you need regular judgment without constant check-ins.
The cadence is not locked in forever. If things change, we adjust.
The concise report
Each cycle ends with a concise report you can forward to your board, your leadership team, or a partner. It is written for people who do not sit in every meeting. I sit in the ones that matter.
The report names decisions made, with owners and next steps assigned. It includes an updated project plan for active initiatives. It surfaces risks before they become surprises. It tells you what matters this month and what can wait.
No fluffy slide decks. No green/yellow/red dots that mean nothing. Just clear writing about what happened, what is next, and who owns it.
Ongoing oversight
Between reports, I am in the operational meetings that matter, on vendor calls, reviewing contracts, watching delivery, and naming risks. I keep the project plan current so you always know where active initiatives stand.
You do not get a pile of tickets or unlimited coding hours. You get my judgment and oversight. When something needs to be built, Ghostland can take that on as a separate project.
I am progressive about where AI belongs. I will help your organization lean in with clear priorities and sound oversight.
